Mario and Nic Guajardo, a dynamic father-son duo, have split their time between Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Punta de Mita, Nayarit, Mexico for over 25 years. Their shared passion for authentic Mexican street food sparked a dream to bring these vibrant flavors to Tulsa. After years of planning, they found the ideal partners to make this dream a reality: Joseph Hull III and Joseph Hull IV, another father-son team with extensive travel experience throughout Mexico and a deep appreciation for its rich culinary heritage.

Together, the Guajardos and the Hulls collaborated with Chef Sebastian Renner, a renowned chef from Punta de Mita, Nayarit, Mexico. Chef Sebastian, who helms the popular Nayarit restaurants Makai and Tukari, crafted a menu that celebrates traditional Mexican street food with his own creative flair, capturing the essence of Mexican cuisine.
